🇪🇪 Estonia: Eesti Laul Final Set for February 11

Estonia will select their Eurovision 2023 entry on February 11, with Eesti Laul continuing as the selection method. The national final will feature two semi-finals and the Grand Final.

Broadcaster ERR announced the key dates for Eesti Laul 2023, with the song submission period open until October 20th. A jury of professionals will select the 20 songs to compete over two semi-finals. The songs will be revealed in December.

The first semi-final will take place on January 12th, with the second to take place on January 14th. The Grand Final will take place on February 11th.

Until October 17th, the fee for submitting an entry is 50 Euro for a song in Estonian, and 100 Euro for a song in a foreign language, or multilingual. For the final days of submission, the fees double to 100 and 200 Euro respectively.

Authors can be citizens of Estonia, foreign residents or non-residents. The singers can also be from any of those categories. Up to five songs can be submitted from each singer or songwriter.
