With pressure building, Denmark as spoken, and they have now chosen their Eurovision 2017 act. The second round of voting also featured jury voting and the public vote, and the winner of this round would go on to represent Denmark in their 60th anniversary performance. The winner of the vote was Anja Nissen! She was the favourite of the night, receiving an incredible 64% of the total vote with her song Where I Am.

Anja came second last year in Dansk Melodi Grand Prix, and returned even stronger this year. She is only 21 years old, and was born and raised in Australia, with Danish heritage. In 2014, she won the third season of The Voice Australia.
