We’ve already seen performances from the London and Israel Eurovision pre-contest events, and now it’s Spain’s turn to join in on the fun! This is the first year that Spain will host a pre-Eurovision event, and it’s going to be one huge Fiesta!
On Saturday the 15th of April, over 2000 fans will gather at La Riviera in Madrid to watch almost half of the participating entries in Eurovision 2017. The show will be hosted by 2014 participant and fan favourite Ruth Lorenzo. The show will begin at 22:00 CET, and after the show, the party continues in the venue until 6am!
Not only will the acts below be performing, but 2016 Spanish representative Barei will also be there to perform her former Eurovision entry Say Yay, but also her newest track I Don’t Need To Be You.
There will also be a welcome party the evening before, on Friday the 14th of April. This will be held at Joy Slava, another famous venue in Madrid. Here, the delegations, press and fans will be a part of a reception concert, where several Spanish Eurovision related artists will participate. The welcome party will be hosted by Suzy, who represented Portugal at Eurovision in 2014 alongside Victor Escudero, who works with the Eurovision official website.
The tickets can be purchased online here, and there are two options for the tickets:
