It has been over a year since Blanche represented Belgium at the Eurovision Song Contest, scoring her nation the second Top 5 finish in a matter of three years. It’s been a quiet year for her, but now she has returned with a new single!
Much to the delight of fans, young Belgian artist Blanche has released a new single titled Wrong Turn. She teased her return over her social media accounts, and on the 25th of May the song was officially released on all major platforms including Spotify.
The song follows in the same stream as her Eurovision entry City Lights, which can be described as synthpop or indie pop. Once again, her unique vocals shine on what will likely be another successful track, after City Lights charted in no less than 15 countries across Europe.
The song was produced by Patrick Wimberly who has previously worked on Grammy winning albums such as Beyonce’s self-titled album. Listen to the song below:
