We expected Croatian representative Franka to charm her way into the Eurovision final with her flawless vocals and enticing stage presence, but unfortunately found herself stuck in the semi-final. Although disappointing, Franka has now released a new track that is perfect for the European Summer!
The track is called Kao Ti I Ja and as the name suggests, the track is in national language. The song is upbeat and features some electronic elements but is predominately in the pop genre. Towards the end of the song, Franka is backed by a gospel choir which is a twist on the typical pop style song.
Although we love the song, the video clip is perhaps our favourite part as we see images of sun, sand and the seaside. Franka is dressed in much more of a relaxed style to suit the song, and we get to see more of the natural beauty that Franka is (although we knew that all along!)
