Festival di Sanremo 2021 Line-Up Announced!

Italian broadcaster RAI has revealed the 26 artists competing in the Campioni category of Festival di Sanremo. The upcoming edition features the largest number of acts since 1988. As in previous years, the winner of Sanremo has the option of first refusal to represent Italy at Eurovision.

Here is the line-up:

Colpesce & Dimartino – Musica Leggerissima
Coma_Cose – Fiamme Negli Occhi
Ermal Meta – Un Milione Di Cose Da Dirti
Extraliscio feat. Davide Toffolo – Bianca Luce Nera
Fasma – Parlami
Francesca Michielin & Fedez – Chiamami Per Nome
Francesco Renga – Quando Trovo Te
Fulminacci – Santa Marinella
Gaia – Cuore Amaro
Ghemon – Momento Perfetto
Gio Evan – Arnica
Irama – La Genesi Del Tuo Colore
La Rappresentante di Lista – Amare
Lo Stato Sociale – Combat Pop
Madame – Voce
Malika Ayane – Ti Piaci Così

Two former Eurovision artists are featured in the line-up, which are Francesca Michielin (2016) and Ermal Meta (2018). Additionally, many of the featured artists have competed at Sanremo in previous years.

Last year’s Sanremo winner Diodato is not featured in the line-up, and will not be returning to Eurovision in 2021.
