๐Ÿ‡ฒ๐Ÿ‡น Who will Represent Malta at Junior Eurovision? Here are the Competitors!

Maltese broadcaster PBS recently announced the names of the finalists of Malta Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2022. A total of 16 acts will compete in the upcoming national selection, with the winner to represent the nation in Yerevan later this year.

  • Aaliyah Cassar โ€“ โ€œInfinityโ€
  • Rih and Bri โ€“ โ€œKarmaโ€
  • Cassidy Gauci โ€“ โ€œLight Upโ€
  • Naomi Busuttil โ€“ โ€œLittle Cheekyโ€
  • Cesca Galea โ€“ โ€œSee the Invisibleโ€
  • Kayleen Mercicea โ€“ โ€œShooting Starโ€
  • Andrea Camilleri โ€“ โ€œSparkโ€
  • Ma Girlz โ€“ โ€œStereoโ€
  • Charelle Micallef โ€“ โ€œThe Extra Milesโ€

The final will take place on October 2nd. The voting will consist of 75% Jury vote and 25% Public Vote. Only the results of the top three songs will be revealed. In the case of a tie, the jury vote takes preference.

In 2021, Ike and Kaya represented Malta at Junior Eurovision with the song โ€˜My Homeโ€™. The duo finished in 12th place with 97 points. Watch the performance below:
