Nicolas Alves will sing ‘Anos 70’ (The 70’s) at Junior Eurovision this year. Carolina Deslandes wrote the song with Nicolas in mind. She previously mentored the young singer on The Voice Kids in Portugal.

Eurovision fans may recognise Carolina as she competed in the Portuguese Eurovision selection in 2021 with the song ‘Por Um Triz’. She won the regional jury vote, but was third with the televote.
Nicolas Alves is 12 years old and is originally from the United Kingdom. He moved to Portugal at the age of 10.
