Junior Eurovision: Serbia selects Dunja Jeličić!

The Serbian national broadcaster RTS has internally selected the talented Dunja Jeličić to represent Serbia at this years’ edition of Junior Eurovision to be held in Malta in November. RTS collaborated with the Children’s Belgrade Cultural Centre (CBCC) to select Dunja, and now, we can also hear the song she will take to the Junior Eurovision stage!

RTS and CBCC found Dunja through a studio workshop format called Little School of Musical, and consisted of a panel including:

  • Ivana Peters (vocal coach and composer of Serbia’s JESC entry from 2015)

  • Ivana Tabori Obradović (producer of the musical and stage program at the CBCC)

  • Tatjana Perović Vladušić (Head of Public Relations and Marketing at the CBCC)

  • Vladimir Graić (Author and composer of Molitva, the winning Eurovision song from Serbia in 2007)

Once the act was chosen, it was then time to finalise the song Dunja would sing at Junior Eurovision. ‘U LA LA LA’ is the title of the song, and was composed by Vladimir Graić and co-written by Dunja herself, alongside Leontina Vukomanović.
