A familiar face, but perhaps an unfamiliar name but if you don’t know Oscar Enestad, you will be sure to know him soon. Originally part of the Swedish group FO&O who you may remember from Melodifestivalen, the former members have all released songs separately, including this new track from Oscar.
The track is called Heaven On My Skin, and it is an absolute tune. The song is a big pop number with electronic undertones. Like many good Swedish tracks, the chorus is catchy and delivered after a good pre-chorus build up.
The song was written by Oscar himself alongside Emelie Eriksson and Jakob Redtzer, and the official video has been released which you can watch below.
Oscar is not the first member of FO&O to release a solo song. As you may remember, we saw Felix Sandman compete solo in this year’s Melodifestivalen with the track Every Single Day, which ended up finishing in 2nd place overall, just missing out on representing Sweden at Eurovision this year.
Fellow member Omar Rudberg had also released a new track back in February called Que Pasa which as the name may suggest, has a distinct South American feel to the song but falls into the current music trends very well.
