The final of Festival da Canção has now taken place, where a total of 8 participants have performed their entries once again.
Over the last two weeks, two semi-finals have taken place where a total of 16 participants was reduced to just 8, with a total of 4 qualifiers from each semi-final. The result was selected through a mixture of jury and televote, as was the result of the final.

- Mariana Bragada – Mar Doce
- Matay – Perfeito
- Surma – Pugna
- NBC – Igual a ti
- Madrepaz – Mundo a mudra
- Conan Osíris – Telemóveis
- Ana Cláudia – Inércia
The jury results were revealed first where the hosting team ran through the jury points from different regions of Portugal. Conan Osíris confidently finished in the top spot, with the total points being converted to 12 points. Finishing in second place with the jury was NBC, followed by Surma.
The televotes were then revealed with Conan Osíris also receiving the top points from the public. Finishing in second with the public was Matay, then NBC.
With the points combined, it was decided that Conan Osíris would represent Portugal at Eurovision 2019 with the song Telemóveis. Watch the final performance below:
