Ukraine: UA:PBC Changes Format of Junior Eurovision Selection

Ukrainian broadcaster UA:PBC has decided to change the format of the National Final due to the rising cases of COVID-19 in Ukraine.

The board of UA:PBC made the decision to scrap the live concert with all live performance and instead pre-record the participants. By doing this, they are reducing the number of people in contact with one another, and will therefore be safer for personnel and participants alike.
