🇱🇻 Latvia: Miks Galvanovskis Wins Supernova Wildcard Vote

Miks Galvanovskis won the Supernova Wildcard vote, meaning he will compete in the main Supernova competition in February. He will join the 16 artists chosen from the submissions pool.

The online wildcard vote featured 10 artists who were not ranked in the first 16 places, as assessed by an expert jury. The full list of wildcard participants is below:

This is Miks second appearance in the Latvian national selection, having competed in 2017. He placed 8th in the second heat. This time around, he will compete with the song ‘I’m Just a Sinner’.

Returning Participants

Most notably, the line-up includes Aminata. She represented Latvia in 2015 with the song Love Injected, finishing 6th in the final. The line-up also features Bermudu Divstūris who represented Latvia in 2011 as part of Musiqq.

BUJĀNS consists of 2009 representative Intars Busulis, and Reinis Sējāns who was a part of the 2006 representatives, Cosmos. Ralfs Eilands, who is competing as part of Mēs Jūs Mīlam was also a part of PeR, who represented Latvia in 2013.
