Greece presents their Utopian Land

We heard a while back that it would be the group Europond, which have now been renamed as Argo, will be representing Greece at Eurovision 2016. The hip hop group have now released their song which is called Utopian Land.

The song was composed and written by the leader of the band Vladimiros Sofianidis. For the first time, the Pontian dialect will be heard on the Eurovision stage, with most members originating where this dialect is spoken. The song does also feature Greek and English also, and the music itself is a blend of traditional Pontic music alongside a more modern hip hop style. The song is about people coming together to find their Utopia.

Listen to the song below, and if Argo is your favourite Eurovision 2016, you can show your support in our poll here.
