Last year, Australia was invited to debut at Junior Eurovision, and Australian broadcaster SBS embraced the challenge and sent Bella Paige, who represented Australia fantastically with the song My Girls. This year, Junior Eurovision is once again embracing Australia, as it has now been announced by SBS that we will in fact be heading to Malta for our second appearance at Junior Eurovision!
At this point, we don’t know too much information about Australia’s act, but for now we can assume that SBS will take the same road as always and internally select the act.
