Eesti Laul Semi-Final Complete: Here are the Finalists!

In amongst yet another Eurovision Super Saturday, Estonia was just one of many nations going through their process to find their next Eurovision star. As we know, Estonia is using their iconic Eesti Laul format to select their 2018 act, and this week was the second and last of the semi-finals.

A total of 10 acts performed their entries on stage, facing both a jury and the public at home. The first four acts made it through the combination of both voters, but the fifth qualifier was decided by a second round of public voting only.

Here are the 10 competing acts:

  1. Marju Länik – Täna otsuseid ei tee

  2. Rolf Roosalu – Show a Little Love

  3. Frankie Animal – (Can’t Keep Calling) Misty

  4. Eliis Pärna & Gerli Padar – Sky

  5. Indrek Ventmann – Tempel

  6. Evestus – Welcome to My World

  7. Karl Kristjan & Karl Killing feat. Wateva – Young

  8. Metsakutsu – Koplifornia

  9. Girls in Pearls – Spellbound

  10. Nika – Knock Knock

The five qualifying acts of this week were:

  • Frankie Animal – (Can’t Keep Calling) Misty

  • Eliis Pärna & Gerli Padar – Sky

  • Evestus – Welcome to My World

  • Karl Kristjan & Karl Killing feat. Wateva – Young

  • Nika – Knock Knock

These five acts will join the five qualifiers from semi-final 1, creating a truly diverse Eesti Laul final. The final will take place on the 3rd of March, and will feature these acts:

  • Vajé – Laura (Walk With Me)

  • Iiris & Agoh – Drop That Boogie

  • Sibyl Vane – Thousand Words

  • Stig Rästa – Home

  • Elina Nechayeva – La forza

  • Frankie Animal – (Can’t Keep Calling) Misty

  • Eliis Pärna & Gerli Padar – Sky

  • Evestus – Welcome to My World

  • Karl Kristjan & Karl Killing feat. Wateva – Young

  • Nika – Knock Knock
