Last night, the opening ceremony for this year’s Junior Eurovision Song Contest took place in Minsk, and although being a joyous occasion for the participants, it was also an important event in the contest timeline as the running order was decided by the producers of the show with the EBU.
During the opening ceremony the first, last and host nation positions were decided, and it was Ukraine who drew first place and Poland who drew last place in the running order. Host nation Belarus will be performing from position 8.
The complete running order was decided by the show’s producers and the Executive Supervisor of Junior Eurovision. Here is the full running order:
