The second live show of the second season of X Factor Malta has now taken place, where two of the acts have now been eliminated. The 10 finalists performed songs that represented the theme ‘Guilty Pleasures.’

- FA.I.T.H – Wannabe
- Celine Agius – Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This)
- Jasmine Abela – Material Girl
- Dav. Jr – Umbrella
- Justine Shorfid – Dance Monkey
- Bloodline – Forever Young
- Yazmin and James – (I’ve Had) The Time of My Life
- Kyle Cutajar – Never Gonna Give You Up
- Destiny Chukunyere – I Will Survive
- Karl Schembri – I’ll Fly With You
There were three acts in the bottom three, two progress to an elimination sing-off, while the lowest placing act is immediately eliminated. Jasmine Abela was eliminated prior to the sing-off, while Yazmin & James and Dav. Jr performed again in the Final Showdown. Yazmin & James performed the song Homesick, while Dav. Jr performed Your Song. The judges votes were split between the two acts, meaning that the vote went to deadlock and the audience votes were used. Dav. Jr was eliminated from the competition.
