Georgia to begin the Junior Eurovision search on September 11

Georgia is set to begin the search for their next Junior Eurovision entrant on September 11th, with the first episode of the national selection, Ranina set to take place.

The show will feature 8 heats, a semi-final and Grand Final which will be held over the next 3 months. There will be four themes throughout the show, which each theme running over two episodes. There will be 10 competitors, who will be judged by a three-member jury, with the jury changing over each theme. The five acts that score the highest points during the 8 heats will progress to the semi-final. In the semi-final, just 3 acts will be selected to continue to the final. From there, the winner will be selected and they will go on to represent Georgia at Junior Eurovision this year.
