Levi Díaz Debuts his Junior Eurovision Entry, Reír

The Spanish Junior Eurovision entry is now available, with previously chosen participant Levi Díaz to sing ‘Reír’.

The song premiered on Mejor Contigo on the Spanish TV channel La 1. David Roma composed this year’s entry and he discusses the song, saying,

“It is said that children are the hope of a new world, of a better world. All children should laugh, dance, dream and there’s no one better than them to begin today to forge that future full of colours, bright and luminous, that houses their dreams come true.”

The positive message features in the upbeat pop track that Levi will perform on stage in Paris later this year. You can watch the lyric video below:

Earlier in the year, Levi Díaz won The Voice Kids Spain, and it was his performance of ‘Never Enough’ on the show that captured the attention of the Spanish broadcaster, RTVE.

Levi is the 7th participant to represent Spain at Junior Eurovision. He follows in the footsteps of Soleá who finished in third place in 2020 with the song Palante.

Spain is one of the most successful countries at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest, having participated 6 times and never placing outside of the Top 5.
