Elis Mraz returns after participating in 2020 with Čis T. All other competing acts are new to the selection. Each of the acts recorded a live performance at the ČT studios in Prague, and the voting will be based off these videos. This is a format change from previous years, where voting was based on music videos.
Online voting will open on December 7th and close on December 15th. Fans can vote on the official Eurovision app, as well as a dedicated website. The voting split is 50% international jury, 24% international public vote and 25% Czech vote. The winner will be declared on the 16th of December.
