The Ukrainian broadcaster announced the eight competing acts for Vidbir this year.
During a press conference at the UA:PBC Radio Hub in Kyiv, the participating acts drew for which half of the running order they will perform.
Here are the acts:
First Half
- Cloudless โ โAll Be Alrightโ
- Barleben โ โHear My Wordsโ
- Michael Soul โ โDemonsโ
- Our Atlantic โ โMoya lyubovโ (My love)
Second Half
- Alina Pash โ โTini zabutykh predkivโ (Shadows of forgotten ancestors)
- Kalush Orchestra โ โStefaniaโ
- Roxolana โ โGIRLZZZZโ
- Wellboy โ โNozzy Bossyโ
LAUD was originally part of the line-up, however has since been disqualified. His entry breached Eurovision rules, as his entry was released back in 2018 by the author, Daniel Botting. LAUD is replaced by Barleben with the song โHear My Wordsโ
Former Eurovision hosts Maria Efrosinina (2005) and Timur Miroshnychenko (Junior Eurovision 2009, 2013 and Eurovision 2017) will host Vidbir 2022.
Friends Pro TV will produce the show, taking over from STB. Friends Pro TV will also produce the live-on-tape performance for Turin, and they are responsible for the stage performance for Ukraine.
