The first Eesti Laul semi-final is complete, with the first five qualifiers decided. A total of 10 acts competed in the show, hosted by Maarja-Liis Ilus and Priit Loog.

The qualifiers include three former Eurovision acts. Ott Lepland competed in 2012 with the song ‘Kuula’. Stig Rästa represented Estonia alongside Elina Born back in 2015 with the song ‘Goodbye to Yesterday’. Elina Nechayeva represented the nation in 2018 with the song ‘La Forza’.
