A total of 18 participants will compete in the Croatian selection, Dora, with former winner Damir Kedžo returning to the competition. Damir was set to represent Croatia at Eurovision 2020, however the contest was cancelled due to COVID-19.

- Patricia Gasparini – “I Will Wait”

In the case of any withdrawals prior to the competition, the following acts will be substituted in:

The competing entries will be revealed on January 12th, first on the HR 2 Radio show Svijet Diskografije. They will be released on Youtube later that day. The final will take place on February 11th in Opatija.
