The second Semi-Final of Melodifestivalen has now taken place, with the next seven acts performing live from Stockholm.
The format of the competitions remains the same as previous years, with two acts selected to qualify directly to the final, while two acts are selected for the second chance ‘Andra Chansen’ round. This means we say goodbye to three of the acts.
Here are the competitors:
- Anton Ewald – New Religion
- Julia Alfrida – Rich
- WAHL ft. SAMI – 90-talet
- Frida Green – The Silence
- Eva Rydberg & Ewa Roos – Rena Rama Ding Dong
- Patrik Jean – Tears Run Dry
- Dotter – Little Tot
Finishing in the top two, and qualifying directly to the final were Dotter and Anton Ewald. The artists going to the second chance round are Frida Green and Eva Rydberg & Ewa Roos.
This means that the journey ends for Julia Alfrida, WAHL ft. SAMI and Patrik Jean
