Despite failing to qualify to the Eurovision final this year, Azerbaijan’s representative Aisel has returned with a hot new single titled More Emotion.
The music and lyrics of the song were written by Aisel herself, and the arrangement was worked on by Aisel alongside Givi Usenashvili. Stylistically, it’s quite different from her Eurovision track X My Heart which was more of a traditional radio friendly pop style. Instead, her new track has a relaxed feel with a simple but effective melody that proves to be addictive.
The music video which was directed by Azer Jafar is set on the beach and features Aisel frolicking among the waves at sunset, which proves to be a beautiful setting for this relaxed style of song.
