As September begins, we are already starting to see more news regarding the upcoming Junior Eurovision. The next piece of the puzzle comes from Australia, where the next Junior Eurovision act has been announced!
The Head of Delegation from Blink TV in Australia, Paul Clarke, has selected the 12 year old singer Jael Wena who resides in Melbourne. Incredibly, Wena wrote her first song at the age of four, and for three years running she has won the national quest Fast Track Talent Showcase.
The song Wena will perform is yet to be announced, but what we do know is that the partnership between SBS and ABC ME is continuing for another year. Last year it was decided that the two Australian broadcasters would work together on the broadcast, as ABC ME is more targeted at a younger audience.
As such, joining Jael in Minsk will be ABC ME host Grace Koh, as well as Pip Rasmussen and Lawrence Gunatilaka. The broadcast will be on ABC Me on Sunday the 26th of November.
